A Standard group session merges the benefits of one-to-one coaching with the fun of training in a team. It suits both beginners and experienced athletes. Groups are split into male and female and hold 10–12 people. Prices start at €50 / month.
In a Standard group you train once a week and can choose between fitness boxing, gym workouts, stretching or resistance-band sessions. If you train more often and add extra formats, the price per workout is even lower.

The Premium group meets twice a week in the gym. The package includes a nutrition guide, stretching sessions and progress monitoring with monthly body measurements.

We offer training for the youngest members of the family, from 4 to 14 years old. Kids’ groups are split into 4–6 years and 7–14 years. Children aged 4–6 can train 1–2 times per week; sessions focus on building basic strength, speed and overall fitness in a motivating and inspiring way.
Our kids’ groups encourage children to practise sport sensibly and correctly from an early age—and above all, to enjoy being active. Price from €50 / month.
